Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking at Beach House Lanzarote (Los Alisios).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing (email).
• More than 8 weeks before arrival – deposit forfeited.
• Less than 8 weeks – full payment non-refundable unless re-let.
We recommend that all guests hold valid travel insurance to cover cancellations.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement only.
Passport & Contact Information
The lead guest must provide passport details for all guests and valid contact information. This information is passed to the local police as required by Spanish law for private holiday lets and is not used for any other purpose.
Property Issues
If you experience any problems with the property, please notify us within 24 hours of arrival so we can address the issue promptly.
Cleaning & Care of the Property
The villa should be left clean and tidy. Please wash dishes, remove rubbish, and report any breakages. Excessive cleaning or unreported damage may incur additional charges.
Smoking & Pets
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
- Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance in writing.
Maximum Occupancy & Visitors
The villa accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Small daytime visitors are welcome by prior notice, but parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
Utilities & Services
Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental. We cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions beyond our control.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by email.
Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation for events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, strikes, or power outages.
Liability
- We are not liable for any loss or damage to your property or belongings during your stay.
- We are not liable for inconvenience or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, outages).
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
